With over 20 years in the market research industry, Alina is among the first specialists formed in this field in Romania after 1990. Her professional trajectory covers both firms from the market research industry as well as leading FMCG companies where she has coordinated the research and market intelligence teams. Since 2012, Alina has been running Ipsos South-East Europe, part of the French-based market research group, the third global market research company worldwide. Alina is a constant conference speaker and content writing expert on various topics in the consumer research area. Her array of interests includes customer loyalty and experience, behavioral economics-driven market research and AI impact on consumer minds, lifestyles and behaviors. Alina graduated from the Faculty of Sociology at the University of Bucharest, the Faculty of Psychology at the same University and has an M.A. degree in Communication and PR. She is also a psychotherapist licensed by the Wiesbaden Institute of Positive Psychotherapy.
