Marian is the General Manager of DB Global Technology, Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Bucharest, since March 2014.Marian has more than 47 years of experience in leadership positions in important IT&C companies in Romania and Europe, such as Rank Xerox, ICL Ltd /Fujitsu and Endava. Marian was born in Sighisoara and graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest. He further enriched his professional education with senior management training programmes in UK, Belgium and France.During his career, he had a significant contribution to several professional associations in Romania, being a founding member of organizations such as the American Chamber of Commerce, the British-Romanian Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Romanian Businessmen (AOAR), Transparency International and the Sighisoara Medieval Art Festival Foundation.
Marian has also extensive experience in Transformativ coaching and Leadership guidance.
