Bogdan has general and operations management experience in client-facing roles for large-scale multinational companies, as well as local companies, in various industries. In his current role as Chief Digital Experience Officer, he ensures that clients deliver a great digital customer experience across all touchpoints and platforms. Previously, as Country Director for SYKES Romania, a global customer care and technical support BPO company, he ran an operation of 2000 people and 50 million $ revenue.
Bogdan is a Computer Engineering graduate from Technical University of Cluj-Napoca which is complemented by an Executive MBA from Cotrugli Business School.

Cristian Gabriel Pavel is the CEO and co-founder at Alfa Software, a Romanian company, established in 1997, that produces and maintains the integrated system - ASiS ERP. The main purpose of ASiS is to deliver complete digitalisation of processes for Romanian companies through customised ERP solutions, but also to offer related services of implementation and technical support, as part of the digitalisation process.
Until 2018, Cristian was the head of the R & D department of the company, managing to integrate innovative features and new technologies in the ASiS ERP core. He is also the creator of 5 different versions of ASiS ERP, as technological leaps meant to move companies beyond existing possibilities.
Passionate about making, but also delivering innovation, he has been involved in over 200 ERP implementation projects. When it comes to automating business processes, Cristian believes that, in the end, his work is not just about companies, but it’s about creating a positive impact in people’s lives and changing mindsets about technology.

Florentin is the CEO of CodexWorks Technologies, a software development company focused on business process automation. He completed his PhD in Computer Science and is currently teaching at Babeș-Bolyai University, where he is helping students in becoming better developers. As a mentor at Innovation Labs Romania, he guides start-up teams to improve their product and build up a viable action plan. Driven by his IT industry passion, one ability stood out for him: empathy.
