Born in 1977, Tiberiu Soare gratuated two of the Bucharest National University of Music faculties (Musical Performance – Tuba, class of Conf. Univ. Ion Popescu and Orchestra Conducting, class of teachers Ludovic Bacs and Conf. Univ. Dr. Petru Andriesei). In 2002 he had his master degree in Conductoral Stylstic, class of professor Horia Andreescu.

In 2018 he obtains his Doctoral Degree at the Bucharest National University of Music with the paper „The lyrical tragedy Oedipe by George Enescu, a conducter’s approach”, under the guidance of Prof. Univ. Dr. H. C. Dan Dediu. Currently, he teaches orchestra conducting at the Bucharest National University of Music.

In May 2018 the Romanian Royal House hounnerd Tiberiu Soare by awarding him the Officer Rank of the Romanian Crown Order.

From 2007 he is a permanent collaborator of the Victory Way Foundation. As a lector of the Foundation he held multiple interactive conferinces on musical themes from which two volumes resulted: For what are going to the Opera?(Civil Society Gala Award, 2014) and Nine musical tales(2016).

In 2007 he founded and coordonated the „Ludovic Spiess” Opera and Ballet Experimental Studio at the Bucharest National Opera House.

Tiberiu Soare started his carier as an orchestra conductor in 1999 and since then he collaborated which numberous philharmonics and opera houses from Romania and also across the border with perstigious ensembles.

From 2007 he is the Conductor of „Profil” New Music Ensemble. Between 2012 and 2015 he was the principal conductor of the Romanian Radio Orchestras and Choirs. Tiberiu Soare is currently a Conductor at the Bucharest National Opera House.

Internationally , the artist’s activity consists in multiple collaborations with prestigious ensembles, such as: London Philharmonic Orchestra, Kammer Ensemble N (Stockholm), Musica Vitae Chamber Orchestra (Sweden), Osaka Chamber Symphony Orchestra (Japan), Bad-Reichenhaller Orchester (Germany), Athens Philharmonic Orchestra, „Bedrich Smetana” Philharmonic Orchestra (Zlin, Cech Republic), Orchestra Radio Prague, Philharmonic Sofia Orchestra, The Cameral Orchestra from Chişinău, Maria Bieșu National Theatre of Opera and Ballet (Chișinău), Camerata Salzburg, Beirut Symphonic Orchestra (Liban), Izmir State Symphonic Orchestra (Turcia), Korean National Ballet (Seoul, South Korea).
